Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete your personal data from P@ssID at any time.

How to request it

1. Email privacidad@passid.com.mx with the subject "Delete my data".
2. Include the phone number (WhatsApp) and, if any, the email you used with the service.
3. We confirm receipt within 5 business days and delete your data within 30 calendar days, except data the law requires us to keep.

If you registered for an organizer's event, you can also ask the organizer directly to delete your registration.
