Terms of Service
These Terms govern the use of passid.com.mx and the services of P@ssID. P@ssID, a brand of Rumbo CS, is operated by Eduardo Rodriguez Macias (Mexican tax ID ROME8310139V8), with registered address at Calle Altavista Poniente 303, Int. 119-B, Col. Altavista Residencial, C.P. 45133, Zapopan, Jalisco, México. By using the service you accept these Terms.
Service
P@ssID lets organizers issue digital passes, tickets and invitations with QR codes, deliver them by WhatsApp or email, and validate access at their events or venues.
Accounts and responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide and for the use of your account.
- Organizers may only message people who gave them their number for that purpose and must follow the Acceptable Use Policy.
- Passes are personal; P@ssID may invalidate duplicated or fraudulently used passes.
Payments
For paid events, payment is collected by the payment processor shown at checkout; refunds follow the organizer's policy.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". P@ssID is not responsible for the content or the holding of third-party events. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last three months.
Suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico; any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Zapopan, Jalisco.
