Privacy Policy
P@ssID, a brand of Rumbo CS, is operated by Eduardo Rodriguez Macias (Mexican tax ID ROME8310139V8), with registered address at Calle Altavista Poniente 303, Int. 119-B, Col. Altavista Residencial, C.P. 45133, Zapopan, Jalisco, México ("P@ssID" or "the Controller"), and is responsible for your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).
Data we process
- Identification and contact data: name, phone number (WhatsApp) and email.
- Participation data: passes, tickets, invitations, access records and form answers provided by you or the organizer.
- Technical usage data (IP address, browser, date and time) for security purposes.
We do not request sensitive personal data.
Purposes
Primary (required for the service): issuing and sending your passes or invitations, validating your access, sending notices about the event or service you signed up for, handling requests and complying with the law.
Secondary: informing you about new events or services. You can opt out at any time by writing to privacidad@passid.com.mx.
Sharing and processors
Your data is shared with the organizer of the event you register for and with processors that provide us cloud infrastructure, messaging (WhatsApp Business Platform), email and payment processing services, under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your data.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition (ARCO), withdraw consent or limit the use of your data by writing to privacidad@passid.com.mx with your name, phone number and request. We respond within 20 business days.
